Printing and Faxing Services

The library can print, photocopy, scan, and fax most standard sized documents for patrons.

While the library is happy to provide both printing and photocopying services to our community we cannot print projects larger than 11” x 17” and we cannot print or photocopy more than 100 pages per job. We recommend the services of a professional print shop for these larger projects.

Printing

Printing costs:
B&W: 25¢
Color: 75¢

  • Email your documents to frontdesk@eltinglibrary.org.
Pick up your printed documents at the front desk. You can specify in your email whether your documents need to be printed in color, double or single-sided, etc.

  • Log on to one of our public computers. If you do not have a Mid-Hudson library card, you will need to use a guest pass. Passes can be acquired at the front desk.

Print your documents normally – they will be sent to the SAM Print Release Station. You will then need to log in to this Print Release Station to release your documents.

Printing charges will be deducted from your printing account. Funds are added to your account at the front desk. If you know how many pages you need to print you can add funds before printing.

There are two ways to print at the library:
