Programming Form

One library, one experience:

The library is very lucky to have a busy programming calendar and we need to carefully coordinate all programs. This form is the start of the process to get programs onto the calendar and into our busy promotional schedule. The events calendar is subject to change, and if multiple programs have been submitted for the same time, rescheduling may occur to ensure accessibility to all.

All online events hosted by the library are presented through the Library’s Zoom account. Presenters will be given co-host permissions.

The library may have to alter the program’s location, time, or even date in case of emergency or public health considerations.  Likewise, the program will be cancelled if the library closes due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.  Please be certain that the library staff you have been coordinating with has a reliable phone number to reach you in this instance.  Thank you for helping us keep programming running smoothly.
